DUCKS ON PARADE
................................................................................................. FOR INFORMATION ON CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP, PLEASE CLICK HERE. THE EVENT Ducks on Parade is the annual fundraiser for the Rotary Club of Plymouth. On Saturday, October 4, 2008, as part of the Plymouth on Parade festivities, the club will host the Seventh Annual Ducks on Parade Event. The event, featuring a ducky derby, is held by the Hilde Performance Center behind the Plymouth City Offices in Plymouth, Minnesota. Interested individuals may adopt a duck for $10.00. Click on our Prize Section when it appears to see the many cash, merchandise and event prizes for the winners. Check out the 2008 winners! 5,000 rubber ducks are let loose in the pond and forced by fire hoses to the finish line "prize trap." The ducks are labeled with numbers matching those on the adoption certificates. Prizes are awarded in the order listed in the 2008 Adoption Papers; the first duck across the finish line may be eligible to win a 2008 Nissan Titan Crew-Cab Truck; the second duck may be eligible to win a 2008 22 foot Chaparral SSi Boat! There are at least 95 additional prizes that are awarded in order of the finish of each subsequent duck until all of the prizes are awarded. Please read the Official Rules.
HOW DO I ADOPT A DUCK? Sorry, the 2008 race has been held. Check back with us in 2009!
